Vision. Spirit. Inspiration. Nicole is Rock+Feather’s collaborative visionary. After earning her BS in Graphic Design from Drake University (Des Moines, Iowa), Nicole spent the next seven years working in Madison, Wisconsin’s creative scene. She moved to San Francisco in 2003, and now lives happily among the faded flower children in the famed Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. Her work ethic is rooted in a midwestern background and is guided by the simple principle: “Excellence is in the details”. She is passionate about empowering sustainably-minded communities and businesses through the power of exceptional design.

Perspective. Ambition. Flair. Kelly is an integral part of the team. With a Master’s Degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design, Kelly comes to Rock + Feather from North Carolina via the cold winds of bustling Chicago. A true Californian at heart, she brings an outstanding new perspective with a fun, fresh style. Off the set you can catch Kelly exploring the great outdoors while during the week she focuses her creative energy on our San Francisco office. It’s no surprise Kelly’s extensive experience in print design packaged with her passion for innovative solutions will keep your designs at the top of their game. 

Drive. Intelligence. Curiosity. Adrianna's not afraid to get her hands dirty. While completing her BFA in Graphic Design at Iowa State University, Adrianna dabbled in everything from creative writing to chemistry, and let her varied interests feed her passion for strong design solutions. A recent transplant to San Francisco, she's been known to rollerskate when the hills aren't too steep, hike the trails of the peninsula, and read a few more books than may be healthy. She creates possibilities in the ordinary, and always keeps her eye on the prize: growing businesses, satisfied clients and the transformative power of design in creating both.

Rock+Feather is well-supported by two exceptional individuals: Tracey Bratt, our Office Manager, is also Nicole’s sister and lives in Wisconsin with her husband and three children. Sandy Johnston is our Accountant and master of all things tax-related, and when she’s not traveling, she calls Nebraska home. Tracey and Sandy’s time and services are invaluable in keeping our office organized, functioning smoothly, and on budget!
